At Jiu Jitsu Longevity our mission is to empower grapplers over 40 to train effectively and sustainably.

We provide practical strategies that address the unique challenges of aging athletes, helping them build strength, enhance recovery, and maintain their passion for BJJ.

Our focus is on providing solutions that fit seamlessly into busy lives, ensuring our clients can continue to roll confidently and injury-free for years to come. 

OUR STORY

Jiu Jitsu Longevity emerged from a place many BJJ practitioners know too well. Like many of our members, our owner and Head Coach, Danny found himself juggling a newborn, career demands, and passion for jiu-jitsu while watching his fitness slip away and injuries pile up.

This wasn't just about losing weight—it was about reclaiming identity and finding balance. After experiencing these frustrations firsthand, Danny developed a solution specifically for Over 40 BJJ practitioners who refuse to choose between family time and staying competitive on the mats.

Today, Jiu Jitsu Longevity has helped hundreds of practitioners get fitter, leaner, stronger, and recover faster while maintaining their training intensity and family commitments.

Our mission isn't about transformation but sustainable strength and performance for the long game. We're here to prove that age is just a number on the mats.
