The Academy gives you the comprehensive blueprint with some group coaching elements, while the Inner Circle is fully customized 1-on-1 coaching built around your specific injuries, schedule, goals etc.

I already train 4-5 times a week. How will this fit into my schedule?

The program is designed to complement your mat time, not compete with it. Workouts are efficient and can be completed in 30-45 minutes, with flexible scheduling options

Will this help with my existing BJJ injuries?

Do I need special equipment or gym access?

There are a range of different workout options to suit most circumstances. From bodyweight-only to minimal equipment (resistance bands, kettlebells etc) to full gym programs. You choose the program that suits you best.

What if I'm currently dealing with an injury?

The program is modified to work around any injuries with a view to healing and strengthening any problem areas over time. We work with any of your current healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and pain management. We do, however, recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new training regime

How does this program prevent future injuries?

We focus on building bulletproof joints, improving movement patterns, and strengthening commonly neglected areas that lead to BJJ injuries
